Does your editorial writing sound like you?

I think it does. At least it sounds how I want to sound. The authenticity of such a thing is of course not up for me to judge but I did put a lot of personal concerns into it.

In what ways might the tone of voice you are writing with more successfully communicate your opinions and attitude?

When reading I find that a lot of books are hard to comprehend not because of the ideas they talk about but rather how unsuccessful the author sometimes is in communicating their thoughts. So, my main concern was not to overcomplicate the language and write as I was having a conversation with a friend whom I trust.

Are you identifying diverse and innovative current fashion design references to make your ideas relevant and reflective of emerging trends and ideas?

During the search of my theme, I used the most recent fashion shows as a source of the main inspiration for the writing. Designs being sheer is not something completely new but the way everyone is no longer concerned about it made it seem like a wonderful topic to write about. Plus It is one of those themes you constantly hear in passing discussed in editorials and interviews and even if it's not it can hardly be taken for granted.

Why do you personally feel it is important to promote the theme you have chosen?

Because it is relevant and raises a lot of important questions that need to be answered. As the world is becoming more and more digital-based I feel there should be more concerns as to what needs to be perceived as something private rather than public and how it affects our understanding of authenticity.

What does your voice represent about that theme?

I would want to say that I represent a public opinion but it would be a complete lie on my part as I at this point in life can only speak comfortably from my own perspective. Still, I want to show the way one might look at the matter and also start questioning oneself of their opinion on the matter.
